The complete set of components should include: the main frame, crossbars, hanging rods, screws, and assembly tools.
Secure the base brackets, ensuring the entire structure is level and stable. Do not fully tighten the screws just yet; leave approximately 20% of play to allow for minor adjustments.
Attach the swivel casters to the base. Verify that the locking mechanisms are functional, and test both the rolling and locking capabilities before use.
Connect the upright columns to the base structure and tighten the screws to ensure stability.
Install the crossbars, hooks, and other storage accessories according to their designated positions. The spacing between these components can be adjusted to suit your specific needs.
Once the overall assembly is complete, confirm that all connection points have been securely tightened. Gently shake the unit to test its stability, and perform a final check to ensure the swivel casters roll and lock properly.
