● Regular Limescale Removal

Although 304 stainless steel is rust-resistant, the long-term accumulation of minerals found in tap water can lead to the formation of white limescale. We recommend wiping the extensible stainless steel sink drain rack weekly with a diluted solution of white vinegar or citric acid, followed by a rinse with clean water, to keep it looking bright and like new.

● Avoid Strong Acids and Bases

Do not use cleaning agents containing chlorine bleach or strong acids, as these can damage the protective layer on the stainless steel surface and lead to rusting.

● Cleaning the Extension Joints

We recommend fully retracting and extending the rack once every two weeks, and wiping down the sleeve connections. This helps prevent the extension mechanism from becoming stiff or jamming due to the long-term buildup of limescale.

● Do Not Use Steel Wool

The surface of the extensible stainless steel sink drain rack has undergone electrolytic polishing. Please use a soft cloth or sponge for cleaning; strictly avoid using hard objects—such as steel wool—to scrub the surface, as this will damage the protective passivation film.
